How do I connect to The Golden Palace Casino?

If you have already submitted the registration form and have not received the account information on your e-mail within 10 minutes, there may have been a problem with the transmission. You can try to re-submit another form, but if this fails, please e-mail us at admin@goldenpalace.com or call the toll-free number, 1-888-338-6391 or (403) 217-1121.
First, make sure you have established a connection with you ISP. Double click on the Golden Palace Casino icon. While the program is loading, the Golden Palace Casino billboard (or splashscreen) will appear. For Windows 95 users, please make an icon for the Golden Palace Casino software or you can go to Start>Programs>Golden Palace Casino and click on "Golden Palace Casino" to run the casino software.
Click on "Connect" , the start up dialog box will appear. Enter your User Name and Password in lower case letters. Click "OK" to connect. The log in dialog box will appear and go through a series of automatic log-in procedures. If you are successful, a log-in dialog box will appear, to reflect the latest credit balance in your account. Click "OK". Select any game you want to play and click on "play game". To select another game, Click "File" and select "Exit" to return to the Game Menu and make a new selection.
